Literacy Volunteers of Rensselaer County celebrates women's history month with the Famous Ladies' Tea, Sunday, March 26, 2017, from 1:00-4:00pm at the elegant Hilton Garden Inn, 235 Hoosick Street, Troy, N.Y.

As tea, gourmet sandwiches and pastries are served, local actresses will visit each table, portraying nine notable women including Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Rosa Parks, Juliette Gordon Low, and Hedy Lamarr. 

A silent auction will feature gift certificates and gift baskets from local restaurants, spas, health and beauty providers, booksellers, and more. Tickets are $45 per person or $360 for reserved tables of 9.
